USDA Rural Energy for America Program

Agricultural producers and rural small businesses receive guaranteed loan financing and grant funding for renewable energy systems or to make energy-efficiency improvements.

Arkansas Business Programs

Arkansas Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Pathway

Arkansas facilities receive incentives to reduce peak electric demand and annual energy consumption. Incentives are based on the verified electric energy savings and are available for both existing buildings with a peak demand greater than 100 kW and new construction projects.

Arkansas Small Business Pathway

After a free assessment, a participating contractor can install no-cost equipment, make recommendations for energy-saving upgrades, and help you secure SWEPCO incentives that cover up to 90% of the project costs.

Louisiana Business Program

Louisiana Commercial Solutions (CSOL)

Incentives are paid to energy service providers (Project Sponsors/Market Actors) for new construction and retrofit installation of a wide range of measures that reduce demand and save energy at eligible facilities.

Texas Commercial Standard Offer Program (CSOP)

Texas COMPASS for Large Commercial Businesses

Qualifying businesses receive cash and non-cash incentives for making energy-efficiency improvements, both on new construction and retrofit projects.

Texas COMPASS for Schools

Participants receive a combination of tools, services, and incentives to complete qualifying renovation and new construction projects that result in peak electric demand savings, at no cost to them.

Texas COMPASS for Small Businesses

Tailor-made for small businesses with a peak demand less than or equal to 100 kW. This program connects interested customers with participating contractors that are qualified to provide design and installation services for energy efficient technologies.

Texas Load Management Standard Offer Program (LMSOP)

Incentives are offered to energy-efficiency service providers for load interruptions of electric consumption on short notice during peak demand periods.
