If your builder is not currently a participant in the SWEPCO New Homes Program, please have the builder contact SWEPCO Energy Efficiency Coordinator Kent Tomlinson before any construction starts to learn how to get signed up.
For builders: SWEPCO offers incentives to help offset the upfront costs of energy efficient home upgrades. If you’d like to learn more and/or participate as a builder, please contact Kent Tomlinson before you get started on a SWEPCO New Homes Program project.
