A pre-rinse spray valve is a handheld device that uses a spray of hot water to remove food and grease from dishware, utensils and pans before placing them in the dishwasher. Replacing a non-efficient pre-rinse spray valves with a low-flow energy efficient model offers a significant cost savings within commercial kitchens.
