What is it?
The New Homes Pathway provides incentives to approved builders for the construction of homes that meet high efficiency standards to reduce energy use by as much as 15-30 percent compared to conventionally built homes. Energy-efficient features of these homes include air-source heat pump(s), ENERGY STAR certified appliances, LED lighting, heat pump water heater(s) and induction cooktops.
